Both dishes perfectly balance the fish and seafood ingredients with the richness of the products from the land.
From the sea menu of Frenezy, their special Flambé Prawns Accompanied with Seaweed and Flavored with Orange, Rum and Anise are also among the top choices: this original mix of flavours perfectly complements the sweetness of freshly caught prawns. Also, the famous balfegó tuna, or the red tuna of the Mediterranean sea, is present in the Frenezy menu list in an Asian style, as Tuna in Sesame Crust with Bok Choy Sauté.
