In the short menu, the standout dish is the ray wing alla puttanesca, accompanied by grilled lettuce hearts and fermented plums. Puttanesca is a typical sauce from Naples and Rome, made with tomatoes, capers, olives, and oregano. This dish offers robust flavors that pair perfectly with an organic rosé wine, single-varietal syrah from Penedés.
On the other hand, the long menu features ravioli filled with tuna parpatana, citrus caviar, and grilled leek and tail consommé. The ravioli filling is prepared slowly, with the parpatana first grilled and then stewed with a traditional sauté, red wine, and chicken garum.
