The new menu at Vall de Pop is a celebration of Mediterranean flavors. Vall de Pop embracing the richness of locally sourced ingredients. Highlights include the Beetroot Carpaccio, adorned with arugula, horseradish cream, coconut, ricotta, and honey panel, and the Laab Kai, a warm, spicy chopped chicken salad. Seafood enthusiasts will relish the Tom Yum, a spicy soup with prawns, and the Cod with Vadouvan, cauliflower, and black rice.

Vegetarian options shine with dishes like the Mushroom and Asparagus Dim Sum with peanut butter and pickled ginger. For meat lovers, the Beef Tartare with bone marrow and Moluga caviar and the Iberian Pork Siu Mai are not to be missed.

Rice dishes, served exclusively in the afternoon, feature combinations like Iberian Pork with Artichoke and Cod with Cauliflower and Snow Peas. The restaurant also offers a unique selection of cocas de Dacsa, including variants with Guacamole, Ratatouille, and Veggie options.

Desserts promise a sweet finale with choices like the Pumpkin Chocolate Pie, Nougat Cheesecake with Baileys sauce, and a unique Brownie of Carob with Chocolate and Orange.
