The restaurant has undergone a major renovation, upgrading its facilities and renewing its corporate identity while maintaining the line of Italian haute cuisine with all the quality of Mediterranean products. The man behind the magic is none other than Chef Paolo Casagrande, Head Chef of the Lasarte Restaurant in Barcelona. His mission is to create a unique gastronomic experience for diners, where emotion and flavor are at the forefront of every dish. “Only from absolute respect for the product can we achieve a kitchen with which we manage to excite, in each service and each diner”, says the Italian chef.

As gastronomic director, Paolo has assigned Andrea Drago as Head Chef, with whom he has shared the kitchen for 10 years. The pastry shop will be supervised by Xavi Donnay, and the sommelier and the room by Joan Carles Ibáñez and Antonio Coelho, pillars of the Lasarte restaurant in Barcelona. This team of highly trained professionals is committed to offering a rich and tasty cuisine, with Italian roots inspired by lifelong recipes, those of nonna.

So what’s on the menu? Orobianco offers two tasting menus, a short one for €130 (pairing €78) and a long one for €165 (pairing €95), both of which are sure to delight your taste buds. In addition, they offer a Business lunch for €95 at noon, making it the perfect spot for a work meeting or a casual lunch with friends.
