Even life on the Costa Blanca can bring stress and so it’s important that you know where to go to seek help.
Are you looking to rediscover your sense of purpose? Or maybe you want to work through something in your past? No matter what it is you’re working on, good quality psychotherapy can be hard to find in Spain.
That’s why we’re introducing Stephen Ashley to you. Based on the Costa Blanca in Spain he is an attachment-based psychoanalytic psychotherapist.
Stephen has over 20 years’ experience, having undertaken various studies and gained international recognition for his work. In 2005, he was awarded a registered status with the European Association of Psychotherapy and holds an honours degree in psychology and sociology. He also qualified from the Ministry of Science and Innovation and the Official College of Valencian Psychologists.
It’s important to build a relationship with someone you trust so that no matter what you want to discuss you can receive the best help during these sessions.
