A British father fights for his life just hours after arriving in Magaluf for his stag do

A 26 year old father from Rochdale, Great Manchester is currently fighting for his life with mystery injuries.

Alex Green, the father-of-one was on a stag do in Magaluf with a group of 25 friends and family when he was found unconscious in the street with serious injuries.

The firefighter was found with a bleed to the brain and fractures to his eye sockets, as well as a sustained fractured cheek bone and nose and collapsed lung.

The group had flown out to the popular holiday destination, when only six hours after their arrival his family became worried when he did not return from the toilets of a bar.

He was later found on a nearby pavement and was rushed to hospital for surgery where he was then placed in an induced coma.

His fiancée, Rebecca Thorpe has flown out to the island as he battles through a crucial few days.

Friends are attempting to raise £50,000 to cover the cost of his medical care. You can support them through the Just Giving page here: justgiving.com/crowdfunding/ant-unzueta
