Bon Amb, a two Michelin-starred restaurant in the hills of Jávea, is known not only for its exceptional cuisine but for the thoughtfulness behind each of its seasonal concepts.

Helmed by Chef Alberto Ferruz, one of Spain’s most distinctive culinary voices, the restaurant has become a destination for diners seeking more than just flavour. Two Menu journeys: Recuerdos and El Viaje
Guests can choose between two versions of the Memorabilia experience.

Recuerdos (155€) features appetisers, nine thoughtfully curated courses, and a sweet final touch. El Viaje (185€) offers a more extended journey with twelve courses.
Both menus can be paired with wines selected by BonAmb’s expert team to complement and enhance each moment.
