International Peace Day is shared all over the world. But there is a lot more to it than sharing some love to your fellow man, or biting your tongue when you really want to let it all out. It is a day that is, or should be recognised through ideals, as is this years goal setting theme. Ideals which are used in the hope of strengthening peace amongst nations. Something our World so desperately needs.
Famous people all around the Globe honored peace in their own way, and some famous quotes were born to voice their message. Here are some you may know. The message here is to remember them today, and everyday, as we move forward as one people in a world where (as the Beetles once sang)… “All you need is love.”
