The restaurant will offer a range of high quality local wines, especially from the Alicante region. Bodega Xaló the local bodega will be present on the menu. The products offered on their menus are also from the region, such as honey and oil from the Alicante.
Chef Wout Sassen has devised a fusion cuisine that combines Mediterranean and Thai nuances and the cuisine will be exceptional… it will also be possible to taste the typical rice dishes of this Mediterranean gastronomy.
The venue will also organize events tailored to the needs of customers, such as communions, weddings and birthdays with the possibility to choose vegetarian menus and vegan dishes as well as the outstanding menus.
