The Valentine’s menu at Tosca Restaurante includes three original dishes, a gorgeous main course and a splendid dessert. You will definitely Love the Sea when you try their amazing mix of Crunchy Prawn and its Eatable Skin, Kodium Air, Tosca Stone with Wakame, Nori Seaweed Carpaccio.
Then you are invited to try an exquisite Duckliver filled with Quince, Pistachio Rind, Apple Cookie. Delicacy and Passion follow, in the shape of a dish with Confit Artichoke, Finest Bellota Ham, Millefeuille of Smoked Sheep Cheese and Roasted Aubergine.
And, after a break of Green Tea and Lemon Grass Sorbet, you will be served Bites of Black Angus, with Perfume of Truffle, Sauce of Wild Mushroom and Syrah, and Licorice Hot Foam.
