The Tapas Route of Dénia

40 restaurants and bars participate in Ruta de Tapas 2018 offering their clients special tapas at the price of 3€, including a drink – beer, wine or vermouth.

 

 

The Tapas Route in Dénia lasts until March the 11th. This popular gastronomic event, now at its 12th edition, is organised by GuiaME magazine and supported by la Asociacion de Empresarios de Hosteleria y Turismo de la Marina Alta (AEHTMA) and Turismo Dénia. This year, two restaurants will be awarded, as well as the consumers. The participating establishments will distribute a Route ‘passport’ among their customers, with the name, photo and ingredients of the tapas which they may complete with their valuation and enter the subsequent drawing for several prizes.

 

 

 The lid "Good vibes", roll of homemade pasta stuffed with brandade redfish, cod and red shrimp, topped with garlic sauce mousseline, creamed ground tubers and parsnip chips, has won 1st prize in the 10th edition of Ruta de Tapas Dénia, by public vote.
