The programme allows clients to recycle their gold through refining, redesigning, or trading it for credit at the boutique. Gold is too valuable to be hidden away in a drawer. This service ensures it can be transformed into a piece that reflects your style today.
A custom process
The recycle programme is built around a transparent, step-by-step process. It begins with a free consultation at the studio. Here, the team weighs and tests your gold, records details, and discusses design possibilities and budgets. Within a few days, clients receive an estimate. Once approved and secured with a deposit, the workshop begins refining designs and sourcing any additional gemstones or materials. Clients are kept updated throughout production with progress photos until the piece is ready for collection or shipping.
Transparent gold policy
The studio offers clear and fair terms for scrap gold recycling. Using a digital tester and legal scale, each piece is carefully evaluated. Rates are calculated daily with a Kitco gold calculator, with the studio offering 65% of the market value for scrap gold. Small gemstones under three millimetres are included in the scrap calculation, while larger stones can be removed and returned for a small fee.
Clients can choose to receive the value as cash, a bank transfer, or credit towards a new design. Every transaction is documented with a signed receipt, giving clients full transparency and confidence in the process.

The studio offers free standard shipping within the EU on orders over €500, with all shipments fully insured. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees. Returns are accepted for full-price items within 14 days, with store credit available within 30 days. Custom orders remain final sale.
