Originally from Sweden, Olivia’s path into interior design was fuelled by a passion for crafting spaces that feel deeply personal, yet effortlessly beautiful. For her, design isn’t just a career—it’s a way of living, a natural extension of who she is.
After relocating to the sun-drenched shores of Marbella, Olivia completed her first full project in 2015. What began as a solo journey quickly blossomed into OMEO Design: a thriving, full-service property development company offering everything from bespoke interiors to complete construction management. Today, every OMEO home tells a story of individuality, precision, and Olivia’s signature love of playful, unexpected details!
Design as a Way of Life
For Olivia, each project she undertakes receives her full attention, shaped by a deep understanding of both the property and its surroundings. In fact, Olivia often lives in the homes she renovates, allowing her to truly feel the space and perfect every detail. This insight inspires her to create interiors that harmonise with the landscape, bringing the outdoors inside in subtle, elegant ways.

A hallmark of her work is the integration of “Secret Spaces”, hidden elements that add both functionality and a sense of discovery. Olivia’s life outside design also shapes her creative vision. A passionate animal lover, she has rescued dogs, donkeys, and horses, and often incorporates subtle animal themes into her projects. Whether through decor, bespoke pet furniture, or even project names like The Nest, animals remain a constant inspiration.
Her love of celebration is another key influence. Olivia believes that homes should be places where memories are made, which is why every OMEO project includes entertainment spaces, perfect for hosting family and friends. Art also plays a critical role—having been surrounded by it from a young age, Olivia brings an artistic sensibility to each of her designs.
A Growing Legacy
What started as a one-woman studio has now grown into a full team of architects, logistics managers, installers, and 3D rendering specialists. Olivia is quick to credit her team, recognising that OMEO’s rapid growth and success would not be possible without their dedication.
In 2024, OMEO celebrated a major milestone with The Nest, one of its most important projects to date. The property, which showcased Olivia’s full creative vision, was sold at full asking price just two weeks after launch—and was even featured on Netflix.
