At the last weekend of September, the D*NA Festival Dénia returned to the iconic Marineta Cassiana promenade, bringing together some of the region’s most celebrated chefs and restaurants. Among the standout participants was Nomada Group, who joined the festival with the same energy and hospitality that have made them a beloved name in Dénia.
With the Mediterranean Sea as its backdrop, the event drew hundreds of visitors, both locals and internationals, who came together to share in the experience of food, music, and culture. The atmosphere was vibrant and full of life, with the flavours of the Costa Blanca showcased in every corner.
At the heart of it all, Chef Mauro Gulli and the dedicated team from Restaurante Nomada Dénia served up three of their signature creations. Guests delighted in the Maccheroncini al ragú del Padrino — homemade pasta with meatballs, sausage, and tomato — the indulgent Focaccia with porchetta, rocket, mayo, sun-dried tomatoes, and pistachio, and to finish, the crowd-favourite Cannolo di Michelangelo with ricotta, chocolate, pistachio, and citrus.
It was more than just food; it was a true celebration of what makes Dénia’s culinary culture unique. Smiles, conversations, and connections filled the air as people from all over came to enjoy the same unforgettable experience. Nomada’s stand buzzed with energy, as loyal clients, curious newcomers, and fellow food lovers all joined together in the spirit of the festival.
Nomada Group’s presence at the D*NA Festival reflects its commitment to blending hospitality, innovation, and tradition. From Restaurante Nomada Dénia to Nomada Charters, Toy Ristorante, and the upcoming boutique hotel Nomada House, the group continues to build experiences that celebrate food, culture, and community.
The festival may have ended, but the memories of this perfect weekend in Dénia — with sunshine, sea views, and exceptional cuisine — will carry on.
