“We are a family company, and everything we do is built on the foundations my mother created,” Mark explained when we spoke. “Jennifer was passionate about her clients, about making sure they were looked after, and that will never change. My role now is to build on that and take the company into the future.”

The original team who worked alongside Jennifer are still in place, bringing continuity and reassurance for clients who have trusted them for years. Expansion, however, will not come at the cost of the company’s values. “This business has always been about people first. We want to grow, yes, but never lose that personal connection. That is what made my mother so loved in this community, and it is what will keep us moving forward.”
Continuing the Spirit of Giving
Jennifer was also deeply committed to the wider community. After losing her son Paul, she founded the Paul Cunningham Nurses charity, which continues to provide hospice and nursing support in Spain. Mark has now taken over its management, ensuring that her dedication to helping others remains central.
“The charity was my mother’s way of giving back, and it is a responsibility I take very seriously,” Mark reflected. “It keeps her memory alive in a very real way, and it shows that our family’s commitment to this community is about much more than business.”
