A Frenezy End of the Year

Renowned for its wide range of dishes fusing French and Spanish cuisine, as well as International, Frenezy restaurant in Alicante reveals its special menus for the end of the year.



Frenezy is one of the greatest gourmet experiences in Alicante, with a remarkable fish menu as well as a great selection of meat dishes. For the two major nights of the year, Nochebuena or the Christmas Eve, and Nochevieja or the New Year’s Eve, chef Patrick Dwyer from Frenezy has selected some of his best creations is two complete menus. The generous lists comprise lots of fresh fish and seafood – prawns and monk fish, their famous ceviche or tuna tartar, alongside many other appetizers, a star main dish and, of course, a surprise from Frenezy.



Chef Patrick Dwyer has travelled the entire world, with his talent. He has worked for some big names, including Elton John in the Friends restaurant in Covent Garden, London. Patrick also served lunch to Queen Margaret and Prince Klaus of Holland. He has also been in charge of the cuisine of several venues located in countries such as Venezuela and Cyprus. Born in Kenya, in the colonial era, he is now settled in Alicante.
