Tosca Restaurant in Jávea celebrates this Christmas with a selection of some of their most acclaimed dishes.
Taking pride in their way of designing their creative cuisine menu, Tosca Restaurant has developed, since 2006, original approaches to local fresh fish and seafood dishes, as well as meat specialties and exquisite desserts. Also, their restaurant’s warm ambient, given by a blend of rustic design and contemporary furniture, is a great decor for an evening of celebration with family and friends.
Their menu starts with an Amuse Bouche created upon the contrasts of duck liver nougat, tomato compote, wine sand and salty caramel. It is followed by Tosca’s signature Salmon Tartare – with cucumber and kimchi juice, samphire and ginger foam. After the Soup of Boletus with duck and truffle tortellini and toasted hazelnut, they serve an Orange and Aperol Spritz Sorbet. Following, the Christmas menu includes Corvina, the courgette cannelloni filled with king prawn and served with green sauce. The dessert of the Christmas menu is their Mascarpone with Pear Surprise, Cocoa, Chocolate and Mint. The menu is € 60 per person.
