The menu at Alborada features a wide variety of seafood, stews, and rice dishes, all available by reservation. However, some of my personal favourites are the potato stuffed with creamy boletus and foie and the grilled mullet scalded with refried arbequina and grilled artichokes and Mango, greens, English cream, cookie and goat-cheese ice-cream. Try those, you’ll thank me later!
