Presenting a very special 6-Hands menu dining experience at the delectable Cascada Marbella on 13 and 14 November 2025. This event is in collaboration with Eladio Frutas & Verduras.

For those who have yet to experience a 6-Hands menu, you can look forward to a menu crafted by three chefs (hence the name 6-Hands). Combining their distinct styles and experience, the final result is a not-to-be-missed culinary extravaganza. For this event, the chefs in question are Jacques and Matthieu Lagarde and Victor Delpierre.
Meet the chefs behind the 6-Hands menu dining experience
Mathieu Lagarde
Mathieu Lagarde began his culinary journey with an apprenticeship in Paris at Chez Andre. He later became sous chef at Pavillon Montsouris at the very young age of just 21. As if that wasn’t impressive enough, he then went on to showcase his talents at the Michelin-starred La Grande Cascade, became executive chef at Amisfield, and participated in Top Chef France 2023, where he reached the semi-finals. Then, in September 2023, he joined his brother Jacques Lagarde at the Cascada Marbella.
Jacques Lagarde
The bistro, Le Sébillon, was the start of Jacques Lagarde’s journey, which was followed by working with a two-Michelin-starred chef at Les petites sorcières. Here, he honed his skills further before following in his brother’s footsteps and joining the Pavillon Montsouris. This then led to positions at the Cottage Point Inn and, later, as sous-chef at the Amisfield restaurant. He made the decision to venture to Spain in 2020, transforming Cascada Marbella with his unique menus and culinary identity.
Victor Delpierre
Victor Delpierre, born in Calais, France, had a passion for culinary arts from a young age. His initial dream of becoming a pastry chef led him to culinary school and competitions, where he discovered his love for coffee. In 2013, he won the World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship, combining his skills in coffee and cocktails. A world-champion barista and mixologist, Victor Delpierre is the master at crafting extraordinary drinks – both with and without alcohol. With a dedication to creating magical moments that leave lasting memories, Victor’s work is a testament to the artistry and innovation within the world of fine beverages.
The 6-Hands menu at the Cascada Marbella
This 6-Hands menu will be the meeting of these three culinary minds, where the Lagarde brothers’ creativity merges with Victor Delpierre’s talent for transforming liquid flavours and textures into art.
Every element of the menu has been designed to surprise: sauces, infusions, foams, and cocktails take centre stage. Thus, creating a dialogue between the solid and the liquid, the familiar and the unexpected.
