But that’s not all. The menu at Templo is also carefully curated, offering a selection of dishes prepared in an artisanal way using high-quality ingredients provided by local suppliers and farmers. One of the standout wines on the menu is “Earth,” a 100% white Les Freses muscatel de Alejandría from a winery born in what was once a strawberry farm, next to the Montgó natural park and a few kilometers from the sea in Dénia. According to Boyero, “according to how the wind blows, you can smell the salt in the air. Without a doubt, that salinity is noticeable in the wine.” This white wine is served with artisan bread, adding another layer of flavor and texture to the dining experience.
