A new name, same artistry
The renowned Xàbia-based jewellery studio formerly known as Musa de Oro is stepping into a new chapter with a fresh name: Nina Alexandra Fine Jewellery. While the name is new, the studio continues to uphold the same commitment to artistry, detail, and craftsmanship that has defined its work from the beginning.
Handcrafted in Xàbia
Each piece is still made by hand in the coastal town of Xàbia, where the workshop has built a loyal following. The process remains rooted in careful design, traditional carving, and the shaping of precious metals into timeless forms. Nina Alexandra Fine Jewellery continues to create meaningful pieces that reflect milestones and stories worth carrying for a lifetime.
Honouring Spain and Canada
The decision to rebrand reflects a desire to connect more clearly with both Spanish and Canadian audiences. By placing the designer’s name at the forefront, the studio highlights the personal connection between creator and client. Her creations serve more than accessories: each piece is truly a market of a journeys, experiences, and treasured memories.
About Nina Alexandra
The new name also reflects the story of designer Nina Alexandra. Her journey into jewellery began in childhood at her mother’s bench in Doha, where she learned the quiet discipline of working with metal. She later studied stonesetting in Belgium, opened her own studio in Canada, and became head instructor at Argentum Jewellery School in Victoria, BC. These experiences shaped her style and deepened her passion for jewellery made by hand.
Now based in Xàbia, she creates small-batch collections inspired by the places she has lived and the milestones that define a life. Her pieces have been exhibited in major galleries across Canada and are worn by clients who value craftsmanship and individuality. Each design carries the mark of the maker, creating a lasting bond between the work and the wearer.
What stays the same
For clients, nothing else has changed. The same high standards of quality, design, and service remain at the heart of every collection. The workshop is still guided by the belief that jewellery carries stories, capturing them in pieces that last across generations.
Looking ahead
The transition to Nina Alexandra Fine Jewellery will unfold gradually. Updates across digital platforms, signage, and branding will appear step by step. Customers can look forward to new collections, continued bespoke design services, and the same care that has made the atelier a trusted name in fine jewellery.
