Motivated by this, they launched Distrikt41, offering refined dishes infused with smoky flavors and an ambiance of cozy, authentic hospitality. “We want people to leave the restaurant with nostalgia,” they emphasize.

Their commitment to culinary excellence quickly paid off, as within just nine months, Distrikt41 received recognition in the Michelin Guide, providing them with the platform and stability they sought. This accolade is a testament to their innovative approach, where they not only own the restaurant but also actively host and cook, striving to be fun, contemporary chefs offering exceptional hospitality. Their menu is constantly evolving, challenging their culinary skills and surprising their regulars.
