A laid back atmosphere with a delightful menu, in the beautiful scenery of Marina de Dénia, is the Basta Lounge way to celebrate this Christmas. For this special celebration, they selected their star dishes and prepared some tasty surprises.
The Basta Lounge Christmas menu starts with a delicous Duck Breast: semi cured and smoked, served with textures of beetroot, goat cheese mousse, orange powder and fresh spinach leaves.
They follow with their original combination of Crispy fried red tuna with wakame salad, soy gel and soy pearls, wasabi and papadum and then with a great Charcoal grilled Carabinero with creamy fennel velouté, fennel and apple tartar and roasted Iberian pork belly.
As main dish, you have two options: either the Fillet of venison, with red port and cassis sauce, cream of roasted pumpkin, leek confit and chanterelle mushrooms; or the Grilled wild Corvina with saffron and prawn risotto, Salicornia and Vitelotte chips.
The Christmas dessert at Basta Lounge is the White Chocolate Parfait with almonds, dark chocolate and red fruit.
