The kitchen of this restaurant is led by the wonderful chef Hamid Megrini Moujtahid, a Belgian with Moroccan roots. Elements of traditional Mediterranean cuisine are masterfully combined with innovative touches, seasonal products and ingredients from French and international cuisine. The result is just wonderful. On the other hand, the Vall de Cavall restaurant is a charming place with a spectacular location in the Valle de Gata, surrounded by mountains and fresh air. Here you will not only find exquisite Mediterranean dishes with a creative touch and extraordinary flavours, but there is also a wonderful natural environment and an equestrian center with horses and stables.
